MORE WEIRDNESS
And,
for a refreshing switch, weirdness I am not directly responsible
for.
This series of photos was taken
at the 1999 Nutmeg Classic, during a little game called "The
Nutmeg Gamble." A variation on the Random
Performance Challenge, players were
first given a performance class to portray. Next, they were
given a model from a decrepit bunch of tenite that had seen much
better days. All horses were guaranteed to stand, but that
did not mean that they had all their limbs.
The winner was this entry by
Ann Harris.

Proves to us all that, no matter
what, Sham just can't jump to save his life.
A fence down, a rider somewhere under the jumble of
broken planks...
And Sham, the mighty jumper, has suffered a severe
injury due to his ineptitude...
And here comes the Smiling Veterinarian to finish the
deed.
